Grozzi Privacy Policy (Short Version)

Grozi is a shopping and quick-commerce app for groceries, clothing, toys, and daily essentials. We collect limited user information such as name, mobile number, email, manually entered delivery address, login details, device information, and app usage data to provide and improve our services. The app does not access or track background GPS location automatically.

Optional permissions like Camera or Storage may be requested only when needed (for example, image uploads). We also use Google services such as Google Sign-In, AdMob, and Ad Manager for authentication and advertisements. Advertising partners may collect anonymized identifiers for personalized ads.

Your data is used for order delivery, customer support, security, analytics, and app improvement. We never sell or trade your personal data. Information may only be shared with delivery partners, Google services, or legal authorities when required by law.

Users can request account and data deletion through the app settings or by emailing [email protected]. We use HTTPS/SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data.

Users have rights to access, correct, withdraw consent, and delete their personal data. Grozi does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
